As an ordinary woman and civil servant of over 20 years, going on holiday alone for the first time seemed more of a trial than a pleasure. Little did I know, this one decision would effectively change my life forever.
Filled with fear, lacking in confidence and with only a book for company, I never expected to have a holiday which was full of fun and excitement. Coming home afterwards, I knew my life would never be the same again.
It was time to make some changes, but I didn’t know how to begin. This book tells the story of my journey of self-discovery and all my extraordinary experiences along the way.
