How we work

I have lots of clients who have been given a treatment as a gift, so if you would like to purchase a gift voucher for any treatments, please contact me and I’ll be very pleased to advise about our scheme.

You don’t need to change anything before a treatment. Come as you are and bring a list of any medication or supplements you are taking.

Ladies, if there is any possibility you are pregnant, please make sure you let me know. I do not treat anyone who is pregnant for colonics. For massage or reflexology, I can happily treat you but I may adapt the way the treatments are performed.

For colonics, you don’t need to fast, so eat and drink as you normally would. In fact if you are diabetic it is important to make sure you have eaten since a colonic treatment can trigger your stomach to empty down and make you hungry.

Payment methods are by card or cash, whichever is convenient to you.

I recognise that everyone is an individual and as such what you are able or willing to do to change things is personal to you. If problems have developed over a long period of time, it may take a little while to set things back on track.

You don’t need to have any problems to have any of my treatments, so if you just want to have a treatment to see what it is like that is perfectly fine.

Although I will give you my best advice, I won’t push you into having further treatments if you do not want them.
